Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been confirmed, processed, or handed over to the delivery partner, or if the product is out for delivery.
  • In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

No returns

  • Pal Sweets does not accept cancellation or return requests for items, including but not limited to sweets, snacks, bakery items, or other edible products.
  • However, refunds or replacements may be considered if the customer is able to establish that the quality of the product delivered was damaged, spoiled, or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery.
  • no returns will be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The request will be reviewed after verification by the seller/merchant or our internal quality team.
  • Once validated, an appropriate resolution such as replacement or refund will be provided.
  • If any damaged / defective/ replacement products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 24 business days

Product Not as Described

  • If you believe that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision at its sole discretion.

Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any related complaints should be directly addressed to the manufacturer as per their warranty terms.

Refund Processing

  • Once a refund is approved by Pal Sweets, it will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment unless otherwise specified.
